The nursery half grows landscape material — coconut, foxtail, royal and adonidia palms, shade and fruit trees, clusia, ficus and areca for hedging, ground cover, and pallets of floratam, zoysia and bahia sod. The landscaping half designs and installs it: full residential landscapes, privacy screening, sod replacement, large-palm installation with the crane work that actually requires, mulch and rock beds, and the clean-ups that follow every storm season down here. We also hold maintenance accounts for a handful of HOAs and commercial properties in Kendall and Palmetto Bay.
Growing our own material is the reason we can quote a hedge on Monday and plant it on Thursday, and the reason a replacement under warranty does not take three weeks to source.

Everything below is done by our own crews out of our own yard. We do not broker the work to somebody else.
Palms in every size we can move, shade and fruit trees, hedge material by the truckload, ground cover and flats of colour. Come see it growing before you buy it — the yard is open to customers by appointment, and what you pick is what gets loaded.
New construction and renovations: layout, soil prep, plant material, irrigation coordination with your plumber, mulch or rock finish and the clean-up. One crew from start to finish, and a written plant list so you know exactly what went in the ground.
Old lawn cut out and hauled, grade corrected, fresh floratam, zoysia or bahia laid the same day so it never sits on a pallet in the sun. We tell you the watering schedule for the first three weeks and we mean it.
Clusia, ficus, areca and podocarpus planted at the height you actually want, not the height that is cheapest to plant. Spacing is set for how the plant fills in, so the screen closes without crowding itself to death.
Moving a mature palm is equipment work, not shovel work. We handle the root ball, the crane or boom where access allows it, the bracing and the aftercare schedule that decides whether it survives the first year.
After a named storm we clear downed material, stand and brace what can be saved, and replant what cannot. Existing customers go first — that is the trade-off of keeping a maintenance account with a local yard.

Every install comes with the species, sizes and counts in writing — useful for you, and for whoever maintains it later.
