Oly Nursery & Landscaping LLC ("we", "us") grows landscape material and installs it for customers in Miami-Dade County, Florida. This page explains what information we collect, why, and what happens to it.

Information we collect

• What you tell us. Name, phone number, email address, the property address where the work is going, and the details of what you want planted, screened or replaced — whether you call, email, or send the form on this site.
• Job records. If we quote or perform work we keep the plant list, sizes, dates and any warranty replacements for that property.
• Standard web logs. Our host records IP address, browser type and pages requested, which we use to keep the site up and secure.

How we use it

• To quote the job, schedule the crew and deliver the material.
• To honour warranty replacements — we need to know what we planted and when, or the warranty is meaningless.
• To contact you about your own job, including scheduling changes caused by weather, which in this county is most of the wet season.
• To keep the business records Florida law requires us to keep.

What we never do

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not pass it to advertisers, data brokers or lead-generation companies. We do not email you about other people's products.

Who we share it with

Only our own staff and crews, and the service providers who run parts of our operation — the company that hosts this website, and our payment processor if you pay by card. They may use it only to provide that service to us. We will also share information when the law requires it, or to bring or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

Job records are kept while the property is an active customer and for the period Florida requires afterwards. Enquiries that never turn into work are removed within twenty-four months.

Cookies and tracking

This site carries no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. Anything stored by your browser is limited to what the page needs to display.

Children

We sell to adults and do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and it will be deleted.

Your rights

You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not obliged to keep it. Use the phone number or email below; we answer within thirty days.

Updates

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
